What are the check-in and check-out times?
Guests check in at 13:00 and check out at 12:00.
Does the hotel provide an internet access?
Yes, throughout the hotel and in all the rooms is provided free Wi-Fi. You will get access code by checking in.
May I smoke in my room?
Please note that according to the smoking ban law from 1st of June 2014 smoking on the Hotel’s territory is prohibited.
Do you provide visa support for your guests?
Yes, our hotel provides visa support to get a visa to Russia. More information you can see on page “iVisa”. On the same page you can download the necessary form to fill out.
